Gateway EDI - Trizetto - Absolutely Worst Customer Service and System

STAY AWAY from Gateway. They claim <5% rejection rate, our experience was closer to 45% (due to setup issues). the implementation was poor at best and the communication is a joke. to get someone on the phone, expect at least 30 mins and then typically they will need to call you back with an answer. they do not answers emails and they do not warrant their product. we found another edi company and have had <1% (navicure). worst mistake our business ever made.
